Power Lock

SRAM's chain engineers developed PowerLock as a tool-free, secure and consistent way to connect our chains. Although PowerLock does not require any special tools for installation, given the tight tolerance range of a 10-, 11- and 12-speed drivetrain, each PowerLock can only be used once.

X-Sync

SRAM's X-SYNC 1X chainrings provide the ultimate in performance and durability. SRAM's long X-SYNC tooth edges grip the chain earlier than traditional triangular shaped teeth. The sharp and narrow tooth profile as well as the rounded slanted edges support the chain guide. To provide the best possible performance in muddy terrain, the X-SYNC chainrings feature depressions for the inner chain links and rollers to remove dirt and mud.
