It can happen that a bike shoe doesn't fit or our item description contains an error.
No problem - send the goods back to us!
For customers from Austria, Germany and the rest of the EU, we offer a 14-day, free return service. Please understand that returned goods must be unused and show no signs of wear.
Please follow the instructions below for a free return!
The right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this, but a return - as described below - makes processing easier for us and speeds it up.

Returns of parcel goods (EU)

1. Return Form
For the free return of parcel goods, please print out the returns form and include it, completed, with your return. [Download here]

2. Pack goods
Please pack the goods in the undamaged original packaging and in a suitable shipping box, so that the goods arrive undamaged.

3. Return Label
For parcel goods (everything you also received via GLS), we offer a free return label. Please create your return label using the following link. [Fitstore GLS Return Label] and then drop off the parcel at a GLS parcel shop near you.

Note: If you use our return label after the 14-day cancellation period has expired, we may deduct the incurred costs from your credit. -
4. Processing
After we have received your return, it usually takes us a maximum of one week to inspect and process it. We will refund your payment to the payment method you chose when placing the order. Depending on the payment method and country, the refund may take a few days.
Returns from non-EU countries or after the 14-day return period has expired

Please print the return form and include the completed form with your return.

2. Packaging the goods
Please carefully pack the goods in the undamaged original packaging and then place them in a sturdy, suitable shipping box to ensure that the goods are optimally protected during transport and arrive safely and undamaged without any damage.
