Shipping cost overview for other EU countries
Here you will find an overview per country for shipping costs of freight or parcel goods.
Shipping information for Switzerland
For orders up to €249.99, shipping costs of €25.00 apply and are to be borne by the buyer. For shipments of weights, barbells, ping pong tables, foosball tables, and in exceptional cases, we reserve the right to charge the actual shipping costs. However, the customer will always be informed of any shipping cost increase before shipment and their consent will be obtained.
Worldwide shipping
We can deliver our goods worldwide. For all countries (excluding the EU and Switzerland), the actual shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

Please note: Shipping of some items (e.g., e-bikes) is not possible worldwide due to air freight restrictions.

BICYCLES & E-BIKES
Bicycles and e-bikes are shipped by us using the specialist logistics provider GO! Express.
Delivery time (including bicycle pre-assembly by our mechanics):Austria: 3-6 working days
Germany: 4-7 working days
Rest of the EU: 6-9 working days -
BICYCLE ACCESSORIES & SMALL PARTS
Clothing, accessories, bicycle parts, bicycle carriers and anything that fits in a box is shipped via parcel service (GLS/DHL):
Austria: 1-2 working days
Germany: 3-4 working days
Rest of the EU: 3-5 working days -
HEAVY & BULKY ITEMS
Heavy items such as special bikes (e.g. cargo bikes) and other items weighing over 30 kg are shipped by freight forwarder (DB Schenker).
Austria: 3-5 working days
Germany: 6-7 working days
Rest of EU: 7-9 working days
