With the FOCUS SAM 8, queuing for the lift and shuttle is officially a thing of the past. Everything about this machine is designed for the downhill. The bike may be quiet and free from annoying noises, but the FOCUS SAM 8 screams for speed and lets you tackle the toughest trails right at the limit of what’s possible. It’s your E-MTB if you want your bike to do everything except slow you down. Because the FOCUS SAM 8 will take your ride to a whole new level. This enduro bike boasts numerous downhill-oriented features: It’s fitted with mullet wheels (front: 29" / rear: 27.5"), the kinematics are optimised for coil-spring shock absorbers, and both the head angle and the rear triangle are adjustable. Naturally, there’s no display on the FOCUS SAM 8 – no distractions, just shredding. It’s available with either a 600 Wh or an 800 Wh battery. Both batteries fit into the frame – without any modifications, simply by swapping the down tube cover. What’s more, all frames in all sizes are compatible with the 250 Wh range extender, resulting in four possible battery configurations ranging from 600 to a whopping 1050 Wh. It’s the e-MTB for the toughest trails.
