This type of construction makes it possible to save weight. The bag can be attached quickly and securely to the saddle rails and seat post. The alignment to the seat post and saddle allows the weight to be positioned as close as possible to the bike when packing, thus preventing bouncing. A vent valve allows the contents of the bag to be optimally compressed and large reflective elements increase visibility in poor light conditions. A rear light can also be fitted.
