It goes without saying that we put just as much heart and soul into the development of our kids' bikes as we do into everything else. So it's no wonder that the chassis of the Acid 260 Disc FE uses the same mechanically shaped, double-butted and heat-treated 6061 aluminium tube set as our adult models. Combined with our Agile Ride Geometry, the result is a frame that allows kids to gain confidence and improve their skills efficiently. We have also given it an accessory set with mudguards, lights and a kickstand - and an easily replaceable derailleur hanger so that the odd crash doesn't mean the end of the world or the end of the frame.
