The Reaction Hybrid Race FE is full of practical details. It also has a retractable seat post for optimised handling on steep trails. On the other hand, the wide-ranging 12-speed Transmission 90 from Sram makes even demanding routes child's play. For maximum riding comfort and first-class control, we have fitted 2.6 inch wide, grippy Schwalbe tyres and an easily adjustable Rockshox Recon Silver air suspension fork with 120 mm travel (100 mm for the smallest frame sizes and the step-through models). Speaking of control: the hydraulic Louise 4-piston disc brakes from Magura brake the bike reliably and safely even in wet conditions.
