Elastogel roller
The red roller, a "must" from ELITE, is made of Elastogel (diameter 30 mm), the exclusive polyurethane compound developed and tested by ELITE. It provides better grip on the tyre and reduces the noise level due to friction by 50% and tyre wear by 20%.

The efficiency of the Crono system
The exclusive Crono compass system, designed and developed over the years with great success by ELITE, allows a faithful simulation of the bike's behaviour on the road. The athlete's weight is transferred directly to the roller trainer using the same logic and mechanisms as on the road.
This has an effect on the performance developed, so a 90 kg cyclist develops a different performance at the same speed, for example at 30 km/h, than someone who weighs 60 kg. The roller trainer is not adapted to the tyre, but the tyre automatically finds the optimum position on it.
Truly precise training thanks to power, speed and cadence data
All Elite trainers instantly transmit power, speed and cadence data, making them truly effective tools for creating a precise training plan and accurately simulating cycling on the road. Cadence is measured using convenient sensorless technology, without the need for sensors to be attached to the bike.
Most of our trainers determine the cadence measurement through speed data, while the calculation for our interactive Direto and Drivo II is based on a sophisticated analysis of the power output, as they are equipped with an integrated OTS power meter.
