For optimum team performance, the two cranks are decoupled by a freewheel. This allows the "Stoker" to pedal independently of the pilot. Power is transmitted between the front and rear cranks via a clean, low-maintenance and particularly durable carbon-reinforced toothed belt. Thanks to intelligently tuned, elegantly integrated batteries, the FLYER Tandem has an extra-low centre of gravity and offers plenty of support and even more range. The seat position can be individually adjusted for both riders using the saddle adjustment and the angle-adjustable stem.
