The proven, waterproof nylon fabric in conjunction with the waterproof Tizip zipper (revised version) ensures that the contents remain absolutely dry even in the most adverse conditions. Mounting is as easy as can be, with sturdy, strong-stick Velcro straps on the top frame bar and variable side straps around the saddle or down tube.
