The KROSS Esker 5.0 is equipped with Shimano hardware that performs well both on tarmac and off-road. We have used a proven 2x10 drivetrain that allows you to ride comfortably in all conditions. With a cassette in the 11-34 range, you can ride fast on the flat and tackle steep hills with ease.
Hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano have been installed so that you can brake safely in all conditions. They offer a much higher braking performance than classic V-brakes. In addition, the braking force can be controlled much better and more precisely than with mechanical disc brakes.
