Shimano RT-CL800 CL External Disc Brake

The Shimano RT-CL800 Centre Lock brake disc is designed to deliver consistent, quiet and reliably stable braking performance. The Ice-Tech Freeza construction, featuring a sandwich structure of stainless steel, aluminium and stainless steel, dissipates heat particularly efficiently. This reduces fade on long, steep descents and ensures controllable braking modulation.

For added stability, Shimano has reinforced the alloy carrier and optimised the arm shape to counteract heat-induced warping. The brake disc is designed for Centrelock mounts and comes complete with a locking ring.
