The large platform measuring 88x97mm (WxL) provides good contact and the 9 optimised and height-adjustable PINs can be used to intensify contact with the shoe. If you also use a shoe with a long recess for the cleat (e.g. Shimano AM series), you can place the shoe over the binding, which temporarily transforms the CONTACT DH into a flat pedal.

The click mechanism is based on the SPD system and is supplied with specially adapted cleats. The release hardness can be adjusted and the float of 5° and the release angle of 12° ensure sufficient clearance and timely release of the shoe during active riding.

Quality and durability are particularly important for a gravity pedal and are guaranteed by the CNC-machined pedal body, the high-strength steel axle and the high-quality bearings (a wide needle bearing on the inside and an extra-large ball bearing on the outside).
