The Elite Hybrid C:62 Race combines what is probably currently the most advanced and lightest 29er e-MTB frame with a high-quality selection of components to create an e-MTB that is both visually and technically ahead of its time. Numerous test wins and awards such as the Eurobike Gold Award or the coveted Red Dot Design Award are impressive proof of this innovative strength.

Frame
With its dynamic design language and the carbon frame, which is on average 1000g lighter than aluminium models, we are setting new standards in terms of design, lightweight construction and stability. In addition to the optimised connection and positioning of the motor unit (ODP), we can integrate the battery perfectly into the down tube. With our special Protection Shield, it is embedded in the frame triangle with maximum impact protection and an attractive design. Additional details such as the tapered head tube, the post-mount disc sockets on the chainstays, the option of internal dropper post control or the X12 thru axle with adaptable rear derailleur suspension come directly from our top carbon frames and give this exceptional bike additional stiffness and precision.

Equipment
The brand new Shimano XT groupset with 1x11 drivetrain and a large 380% gear range is the perfect combination for an e-bike like this. The I-Spec cockpit, the ShadowPlus rear derailleur and the Deore brake system with its excellent modulation also fit the C:62 Race 29 perfectly, while the Manitou Minute air suspension fork with lockout turns even difficult trails into a playground. The Answer Atac MA 29 wheels, with their optimum stiffness-to-weight ratio, also offer very good acceleration and high durability. It goes without saying that we were only able to choose the most powerful e-drive available. The most powerful Bosch CX e-bike motor currently available is powered by a 500Wh long-life battery.
