The easy-to-operate 8-speed Essa gear system from Shimano always has the right gear available at the click of a button, making all routes and climbs a walk in the park. The powerful hydraulic disc brakes also come from Shimano and reliably slow and stop the bike even in wet conditions. On top of this, there is a suspension fork and 47 mm wide tyres for sensational riding comfort on bumpy trails. Practical for all those who are travelling both in the city and across country: Mudguards, our beautifully integrated IC 2.0 pannier rack, a dynamo-powered lighting system and the practical flat mount kickstand.

The heart of a bike is undoubtedly its frame - which is why we have once again taken extra care in the development of the Touring and emphasised high riding comfort and uncomplicated handling. Our Efficient Comfort Geometry lives up to its name: it rides reliably, intuitively and remains comfortable even on the longest rides. There are also five diamond frame sizes to choose from - so everyone can find the right set-up for themselves and their requirements. All versions include our beautifully designed, stable semi-integrated luggage rack 2.0, the flat mount kickstand and cables neatly routed into the down tube, which underlines the clean, tidy look of the double-butted aluminium tubesets.
