The SRAM Maven Silver is a high-performance disc brake for use on modern mountain bikes, especially for enduro, downhill and demanding all-mountain trails. It sets new standards in terms of braking power and control: With its four large-dimensioned pistons (two with 18 mm and two with 19.5 mm diameter), it delivers up to 50% more braking power than the tried-and-tested SRAM Code.At the same time, the rider needs 32% less hand force to achieve the same braking effect, which reduces fatigue and improves control on long and hard descents.

The progressive brake feel is created by SwingLink technology, which enables finely controllable and even power delivery over the entire lever travel - typical of SRAM brakes. The stiff, two-piece 4-piston brake caliper made of forged aluminium ensures excellent heat management and prevents power loss even on long descents.

The Maven Silver is equipped with a black anodised finish and stainless steel hardware and, with its stealth design, blends seamlessly into modern cockpits, for example with AXS components. The tool-free grip width and pressure point adjustment allows quick and individual adaptation to your own preferences. Organic pads on steel carriers are used for optimum modulation and quiet braking.
